My name is Zach Cerasani

I’m the builder and craftsman at Ceras guitars. I am passionate about music and I love creating sound, particularly the sound of a guitar. Over the years, I have played semi-professionally with many great musicians and shared the stage with several talented artists.

I started my journey in guitar building when I was very young, pouring through guitar repair manuals and working on my own instruments. I would build things resembling guitars out of scraps and dream of the day one of them would actually work! Eventually, I would begin to get it right and I’ve been creating hand-crafted instruments since.

I started Ceras guitars as a way to both create sound and help others to do the same. I love the vibe of vintage instruments however they have their quirks. With a nod to the guitars of old, I design instruments that improve upon their idiosyncrasies, bringing them up to a higher level of quality workmanship, sound and feel.
